RESTUARANT STYLE DALFRY

                                DALFRY WITHOUT ONION GARLIC
 Today i make dalfry same like restuarant,in this recipe i don't use onion and garlic still it is very tasty.if you are jain or swaminarayan so this recipe is very useful to you.dal is very good sorce of protien.dalfry is very quick and easy recipe.we serve this dalfry with jeera rice because dalfry and jeera rice is very good combination.i love it.so share that same recipe with you.i hope you like my recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients:
1/2 c toor dal
1. 1/2c water
1/2 c chopped tomatoes
4 chopped green chilli
1 tb oil
1 tb ghee
1/2 tb cumin seeds
1/2 tb red chilli powder
1/2 tb corriander cumin powder
1/2 ts termric powder
1/2 ts garam masala
1/2 ts Punjabi garam masala
Salt to taste
Water if required
For garnishing:

Fresh corriander.
