sabudana vada

HOW TO MAKE CRISPY SABUDANA VADA.
Sabudana vada, also called 'sago vada', is a traditional deep fried farali snack. It is often served with spicy green chatni and along with hot tea or coffee and is best eaten fresh.In other parts of the country, Sabudana vada are the best option to have when fasting. Therefore, this filling and nutritious snack is served usually during religious festivals and during fast/vrat/upvaas especially in Navratri vrats. these are best eaten fresh. Sabudana vadas are crunchy and "melt in the mouth.we make so many recipes from sabudana(sago)like sabudana vada,sabudana khichdi,sabudana khee,sabudana chevda etc....
           prepration and recipe for making vada:
     ingredients:

   1c-sabudana 
   5midium size boiled and mashed potatoes
   1/4 to 1/2c roasted and crushed peanut
   1/4 c - fresh coriander chopped
    3-4 ts- powder sugar
    1tb- lemon juice
   2 tb- green chilli paste
   1/2tb- red chilli powder
   1/2tb-coriander cumin powder
   1ts- termeric powder
   1ts- garam masala

   to soak sabudana overnight.take enough water to cover sabudana.remove access water otherwise sabudana will soggy.next day mix sabudana and boiled potatoes and other ingredients.then make small round ball.heat enough oil for frying vada.when oil is hot add 4-5 vadas at a time,don't add vadas in a large contity otherwise vada will break in oil.always fry this vada on midium flame so that our vadas are very crispy from outside and soft from inside.this vada recipe is really very easy.we can give this vada in kids lunch box https://youtu.be/Wrz-xQr3xNU
